The Original Lights Out™ Pads are 6mm thick for noticeable volume and shape, while the Thin Lights Out™ Pads are 3mm for a subtler, no-bulk look. Both are made from polyurethane foam and polyester mesh, come in Beige and Black, and are fully stackable so you can customize your coverage.
Slide each pad into the built-in pocket of your Handful bra with the curved side facing outward to follow your natural shape. Make sure not to invert the pads, and smooth them flat to prevent bunching or shifting during wear.
Lights Out™ Pads are designed for Handful bras but work in many other sports bras, bralettes, and swimsuit tops with built-in pad pockets. Fit will vary depending on pocket size, so we recommend checking your bra's pocket opening before ordering.
