Handful - the sports bra in “support” of survivors.
We are awe-inspired that our bra has brought comfort, a sense of normalcy, and a rejuvenated femininity to Survivors.
Can a sports bra change someone’s life? Really??
Well, yes, in my case it actually did. In May 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a bi-lateral mastectomy shortly after. Being an avid golfer, my goal was to get back on the links….it’s what kept me going. I worked hard to get my muscles back in shape to be able to swing the golf club again.

Handful donates $5 of every pink bra sold during the month of October to local breast cancer organizations.
What makes the handful bra work for survivors? The Pad Pocket: lightweight mesh allows flexibility for different sizes. Pads can be ordered individually to balance out your shape. Prosthetics can also be inserted.
handful is the solution to so many post-breast cancer issues. Lumpectomy ladies can add an extra pad on the less full side for symmetry, mastectomy girls can use the pads alone or put their breast forms in the pockets. Tender skin that has been through hell because of radiation or surgery will appreciate the absence of any hardware on the bra. It’s comfortable yet feminine.
The best part is insurance will cover the cost.
It's the only bra I'll wear.

Forget diamonds–a first-rate sports bra is a hiking girl's best friend. The Handful supports without squishing, so it stayed comfy after 12 hours of wear. The straps never chafed during trail runs or when worn beneath a backpack (the bra's cross-back design reduces competition with pack straps). And it wicked moisture better and dried faster than any other bra I've worn: The honeycombed polyester liner fabric kept the Handful from ever feeling clammy, while the outer "shell" fabric (made of 82 percent nylon and 18 percent Spandex) provided support.
